I have some exciting news to share 🎉

•

Hey Friends,

This month I have some huge news I’m excited to share:

My book is now available to pre-order!

I’m so excited to tell you all about it, but before I do, I want to acknowledge one of the many challenges that have come with the launch.

I feel the urge to sell, sell, sell; to tell you that this book will completely change your life and encourage everyone to go and buy it.

But honestly, it makes me uncomfortable because I know that a book can’t change your life, only you can do that.

So rather than using this newsletter to try and convince you to buy it, I’m going to do something a little different.

I want to give you something that’s actually useful, and then let you decide what you do with it.

I hope you enjoy,
Lewis

PS. Sorry I missed last month’s – things have been pretty hectic.

On this month’s agenda:
– How to design a life you love
– Knowing where to start
– Thoughts from the Japanese mountains
– A general life update

How to Design a Life You Love

Life On Your Terms is the clearest expression of something I’ve been trying to understand for years.

For so many of us, we have this quiet voice in the back of our heads whispering “there has to be more to life than this”. But what exactly is it pointing us towards?

My understanding is simple. That voice just wants us to grow.

To learn new things. To expand past our comfort zone. To grow into our highest selves.

So I centred the book around a structure that I believe leads to the most growth.

I call it the Growth Flywheel.

Inside the book, I break down the details of each step:
– getting clear on your direction
– turning that into a practical daily design
– building systems that create effective action
– and creating a rhythm of reflection so you don’t drift back

But the book isn’t a list of steps you must follow. It’s simply a collection of things that I found useful from my own journey, structured in a way that you might like to try for yourself.

It’s about learning how to step back, understand what’s actually driving your decisions, and start designing your life in a more intentional way.

I’m not saying the book will change your life, but with this simple structure you will be able to change your own life.

Pre-orders are now live, and the publication date is currently set for the 6th of May!

Knowing Where to Start

If the idea of designing your life feels a bit abstract, I’ve created something to make it more tangible.

It’s a short quiz that helps you understand where you currently are:

– what might be driving your decisions
– where you could be out of alignment
– and what kind of changes would actually make a difference

It’s not about giving you answers. It’s about helping you see yourself more clearly – which is where real change starts.

The quiz leads you through a series of questions and takes about 5 minutes to complete. At the end, you’ll be given some free resources based on the outcome of your report.

Real-World Change

Alongside the book, I’ve continued working on something that’s way more immersive.

In February, I hosted my second residency with The Art Of Mondays.

Not a retreat in the traditional sense, but a small, focused residency in Japan for people who want to step out of their usual environment and think more intentionally about how they’re living.

It was an incredible 10 days, with plenty of play, fantastic skiing and plenty of new life-long friendships.

Alongside the launch of my book, I’m planning to host a series of retreats that are specific to our local community of Life Designers. People who know they want to change things, and want to surround themselves with people doing the same.

It’s early, and I’m still shaping it, but if it sounds like something you’d want to be part of, you can register your interest below.

A Quick Life Update

Whilst I’m full steam ahead on all things book-related, there’s still plenty of things going on in the background.

We’ll be meeting again on the 12th of April for our monthly bookclub meetup where we’ll be chatting all about Morgan Housel’s The Psychology of Money. Grab a ticket here if you’d like to join us.

We’ve had a bit of bad news as our usual venue has decided to open to the public on Sunday’s. This means the workshops have taken a little pause until I find a new venue. If you know of anywhere we could use, please drop me a reply!

To keep updated on any upcoming workshops, make sure you’re subscribed over on Eventbrite.

Thank you, as always, for taking the time to read this month’s newsletter. If something here resonated with you, feel free to pass it along to a friend who might appreciate it too!

As you’ll all know by now, I’m on a personal mission to help 1,000 people build their very own deeply fulfilling lifestyle, helping them define their own self-guidance and transformative structure to start living a life that’s aligned to their core.

Are you ready to become the person you’ve always dreamt of being?
